Human Resources Manager

Trillium Construction is now hiring a local HR Manager for a Construction company in the Glenwood MD area.

This is a full time/direct role with benefits and pay up to $80k+/ (DOE).

As the Human Resources Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development of our field staff, as well as managing recruitment processes for key positions.

Key responsibilities include:
• Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including apprenticeship initiatives and certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Erector Certifications, to enhance the skills and capabilities of our field staff.
• Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee training and experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Recruitment Funnel Management: Develop and manage a recruitment funnel for key positions within the company, utilizing various channels to attract and retain top talent.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employee training

Requirements:
• Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in recruitment strategies and techniques.
